Board

President (CEO) Anna Midera 
Anna Midera PhD has been Lodz Airport CEO since April 2017. Earlier, for half a year she was a member of the Management Board.
 
Anna Midera has extensive experience in the transport and aviation industry. She worked in the Ministry of Infrastructure as a director and deputy director of Transport and International Affairs Department, where she managed projects such as negotiations with the European Commission on the Trans-European Transport Network TEN-T or preparation of Transport Development Strategy till 2020 (with a perspective until 2030). She cooperated with the team of Minister Michał Boni which was a Team of Advisors to Prime Minister Donald Tusk on the document "Poland 2030 - Third Wave of Modernity" (2009-2011). Later she was the director of the Department of Strategy and International Cooperation at the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency.
 
Anna Midera PhD is a graduate of the Lodz University, where she also worked for 13 years  as an assistant and an assistant professor in the Department of International Economic Relations.
Independent Proxy Artur Fraj 

Artur Fraj (1984), at Lodz airport from 2012. He beguns as senior specialist, was the team leader, head of division, project manager of airport, since 2017 works as commercial director (CCO) and proxy of the company. He studied law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Lodz, graduated also the School of Leaders, founded by Zbigniew A. Pełczyński, professor of political philosophy at the Oxford University (who taught Bill Clinton and Viktor Orban). From 2012 to 2017 Artur was the Member of the Advisory Board of Polish Television in Lodz (TVP Łódź). He is co-worker of the Centre for Public Procurement and Public-Private Partnership at the University of Lodz. He is lecturer at postgraduate studies of Public Procurement, teaches the electronisation of public procurement and electronic procedures, he tooks participation in many Polish and foreign scientific conferences. He has also finished certified course of project management and passed exam to the International Project Management Association (IPMA), level D. Artur was the Vice President of Council of Lodzkie Regional Group of IPMA Poland.

Privately, “Gustav” hedgehog's dad and avid traveler to unobvious places.

Director General Artur Fraj

Commercial Director (CCO) Robert Makowski

born in 1978, at the Lodz Airport since 2012. He started working as a marketing specialist to manage the Non-Aviation Revenue and Route & Business Development departments. In September 2022 promoted to position of Commercial Director (CCO). He was responsible for the commercialization of the new passenger terminal and the implement of the charter development program and started developing it dynamically since 2018. He has many years of experience in public relations, marketing, B2B and B2C sales, which he gained in both the small and large enterprise sectors, including: Grupa Petecki, Sklepy Komfort, Onninen, PGE Obrót.

Privately, he is a father of three children.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Jacek Światłowski
Jacek Światłowski graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Lodz University. He made postgraduate studies in accounting at the Warsaw School of Economics and the tax consultant academy at the MDDP Business Academy in Warsaw. He participated in domestic and foreign trainings in finance, accounting, taxes, management, interpersonal communication. From 2011 financial director of the Lodz Airport. Earlier he worked in banks and brokerage houses, and was the financial director in companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. He is authorized to sit on the supervisory boards of State Treasury companies and has a stockbroker license.
